• The seller reserves the right to change the quantity of products in the order, depending on their availability in stock and to cancel the buyer's order, without prior notice. The money collected by SC ADIGHERIN SRL will be refunded within 30 days.

6. PROMOTIONAL OR CLEARANCE CAMPAIGNS

Also, the promotions only apply to orders that are registered during the period in which the promotion is valid and only within the limit of available stock. 7. DELIVERY INFORMATION

8. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY

• The ownership of the goods and services will be transferred at the time of their delivery to the buyer at the location indicated in the order (meaning by delivery - signing the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or signing the receipt on the tax invoice in the case of deliveries made by a representative of the seller). In the case of delivery by courier, the latter is not authorized by the seller to allow the buyer to open the packages before signing for delivery, but only after signing for delivery and paying their possible equivalent value. The seller cannot be held responsible for the content of the shipped packages, unless there is a document concluded by the buyer and the representative of the courier who made the delivery.

9. RETURNS

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, by registering a telephone request, tel. 0772123188.
  According to Article 9 paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance No. 34 of June 12, 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts, without giving any reason, within 30 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the products/the last product.
  If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you the amount of the product we have received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using bank transfer.
  You shall send back the products or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline shall be met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 30-day period.
  You are only responsible for the diminution in value of the products resulting from manipulations, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products. Our operators will provide you with support in choosing the return method and will provide you with the necessary details regarding the shipping address of the products, packaging or contacting the courier company.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled due to such errors, www.toronero.ro reserves the right to cancel the respective order without prior notice.
• SC ADIGHERIN SRL makes every effort to provide accurate information about the price and characteristics of the products. It is possible that some prices are erroneous. In the event of registering an order with a derisory price, SC ADIGHERIN SRL has the right to cancel the buyer's order.
• The seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim damages from the other, in the following situations and not only:

– the prices displayed on the toronero.ro website are the result of a material error;
– the product(s) ordered is/are no longer in stock;
– the transaction was not accepted by the bank issuing the buyer's card;
– the data provided by the buyer on the site are incomplete and/or incorrect.11. CONFORMITY

If the Buyer discovers that the delivered products or the services provided do not comply with the specifications, the seller will bring the products and/or services into compliance within a maximum period of 30 days, without charging the buyer any costs related to these operations.
• All photos presented on the site are true to reality, having been taken by professional photographers and processed on calibrated monitors so that the color is reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, colors may be perceived slightly differently, depending on your monitor settings. This cannot be considered a defect or flaw in the product.

12. WARRANTIES

• All products sold by Adigherin are covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. Products that have physical defects such as: bumps, cracks, chips, burnt or cracked components/parts, etc., damaged, removed or modified warranty labels or seals, products used in inappropriate conditions (improper power supply voltages, exposure to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use of products in conditions of humidity, dust, noxious substances or under the action of chemical substances, etc.), incorrect settings and installations, ungrounded sockets, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances inside the equipment, mechanical or plastic intervention on the products, connection or disconnection of certain components during equipment operation are not covered by the warranty.
